Our specially appointed personnel will receive and sort incoming messages, replying to the ordinary correspondence and informing the managers of the Association promptly about any communications of particular interest.This will avoid wastage of time and misdirection, and will ensure the constant availability indispensable to the active life of an Association.

THE OPERATIONAL SECRETARIAT
Our staff shall take care of the convocation of the Board and the circulation of the agenda. They will be present to draw up the minutes of the periodical meetings, and will offer support to the members of the Board of Directors via optimal organisation of the logistics of their commitments concerning the activities of the Association.

RELATIONS WITH MEMBERS AND MANAGEMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
F.I.M.O. will manage the communications and relations with the Members, guaranteeing rapid replies (by internet or postel) and the possibility of responding to the requirements of the associates in a timely and efficient manner.Exploiting its own computerised system, the F.I.M.O. Secretariat can ensure a constant update of the personal details of the members and their associative status. It also promotes and performs the annual campaign for renewal and new subscriptions.

MANAGEMENT AND UPDATING OF INTERNET SITE
F.I.M.O. offers both the option of using its own site for the insertion of the events organised by the Association and that of managing and/or updating the Association’s site, with special focus on image and communication.

CONSULTANCY AND SECRETARIAL SERVICE FOR ECM ACCREDITATION
The Association will have qualified personnel at its disposal for the performance of the accreditation procedures connected with events, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health for Continuing Medical Education (ECM).

TREASURY SERVICE
The fiscal consultants of F.I.M.O. srl are available to offer services for all procedures of administrative and fiscal compliance (obligatory book-keeping, cash accounts, VAT, drafting of balance sheets etc.) and for the definition of the approaches most advantageous to the Association for procedures relating to grants from public and private Bodies.

SPONSORS
The F.I.M.O. Secretariat deals with promoting the activities of the Association with potential sponsoring Companies, attending to the contacts and managing the administration and invoicing of the contributions made.

CONTACTS WITH THE PRESS AND THE MEDIA
To manage the contacts with the press and television, F.I.M.O. srl can count on the expertise of a team of freelance journalists capable of organising an efficient and effective Press Office and promoting the activities of the Association with all the leading newspapers, journals and television networks.

COMPLETE ORGANISATION OF REFRESHER COURSES, CONVENTIONS AND MEETINGS
The F.I.M.O. personnel is available for the “turnkey” organisation of all the events which the Association may decide to organise to pursue its scientific objectives.
